| We went through 4 different intercoolers for the SRT-4. We experimented with multiple until until we came up with what we feel are the best unit in the market. No other vendor sells these as there own. Today you have multiple vendors selling the exact units as there own, rest assured that our E.D. units are esclusive to us. CORES Exhaust Depot Intercoolers utilize dense bar and plate cores vs inferior tube and fine designs to aid in better heat transfer. We also utilize holes in the internal fins to provide minimal pressure drop across the core. END TANKS An endtanks design is underestimated in the design of an intercooler unit. The E.D. units take it one step above and utilizes cast aluminum polished endtanks. This provides a better transition of the air into the core unlike sheetmetal endtanks. Also being that the endtanks are casted, there is no chance of the welds coming apart to leak and less tendency to come apart due to an NOS back fire. STREET AND TRACK UNIT We have a street unit for stock turbos and stage 3 turbos. We also have a track unit which is for big turbos such as t3/t4 hybrides and GT series turbos. FINISH We have a polished and Stealth finish unit.  |
